What's included in the Free plan, and is it free forever?+
It's a real plan, not a trial — 1 league, 6 teams, and unlimited games scored, with the live scoreboard, score editor, game scheduling, box scores, and player statistics. No credit card, no time limit.
What counts toward the "1 league / 6 teams" limit?+
It's a live count of what currently exists under your account, checked the moment you create a new league or team — not a lifetime total. Delete a league or team and that slot frees up again.
What happens when I outgrow Free's limits?+
Light, Pro, and Sponsor add more room (up to 20 leagues / 30 teams on Pro). Sign up on Free to get started — we'll notify you inside the app about upgrading once you're in.
What payment methods do you accept?+
GCash and bank transfer. Paid plans aren't self-service yet — when you're ready to upgrade, reach out to our team directly and we'll arrange payment.
What's the actual difference between Light, Pro, and Sponsor?+
Light raises the caps and adds the offline score editor and club member portal. Pro raises them further and adds import/export, a team registration form, and live broadcast. Sponsor is a ₱0 plan for approved league sponsors and partners, with the same offline scoring, portal, import/export, and registration-form features.
Does Live Broadcast really need my own LiveKit account?+
Yes — ScoreKit handles the game feed and live score overlays, but the video streaming itself runs through a LiveKit account you connect yourself, so you're never sharing bandwidth or limits with other leagues on the platform.
Is 3x3 basketball a paid-only feature?+
No — team format (5-on-5 or 3x3) and its scoring rules are a per-league setting available on every plan, including Free.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for Free?+
No. Create an account and start your first league right away.
Is my league's data private from other customers?+
Yes — your leagues, teams, and player data are scoped to your account. The only thing visible to the public is what you choose to share, like a game's live scoreboard link.
Can multiple scorekeepers work on the same game at once?+
Only one editor holds the game at a time (with a "take over" prompt if someone else tries to jump in), which keeps two people from overwriting each other's stat entries mid-game. Anyone else can still watch live on the public scoreboard.
Does scoring work without internet?+
Yes — the offline score editor keeps running with zero signal, and can sync peer-to-peer with a second device, even over a QR code, once you're back online.
